At Home Jersey Lettering Repair Instructions

1. Setup ironing board
2. Place jersey on the ironing with the lettering on the back side facing up and place the jersey over the ironing board through the collar of the jersey.

   

3. Heat the iron to a cotton setting (without steam).
   • Place a thin cotton plain t-shirt over the lettering on the jersey.
   • Press the jersey with the iron and maintain medium to hard pressure to ensure letters adhere to the fabric for 10-15 seconds. Repeat this process twice to ensure the vinyl adheres.
   • Remove cotton t-shirt from jersey. You should be able to see the texture of the jersey reflected in the vinyl following the contour of the jersey.
   • If needed, flip the jersey, and repeat steps 2-6 for lettering on the other side.
