Returns and Exchanges

Participants will receive an NFL FLAG reversible jersey and flag belt, theirs to keep! All 32 NFL Clubs will be represented, with the exception of leagues in California, Minnesota, Virginia/Maryland, and Tennessee. All NFL FLAG jerseys, flag belts & merchandise ordered will be shipped to the address that you provided during registration.

Flag Belt's are a one size fits all and will be sized by the coach at the meet and greet. Please do not cut the belts at home. 

The Jersey size will be collected during the registration process. Please review the uniform sizing chart, if you are unsure of the size it is safest to move up a size. This will allow the participant to layer underneath for cold or rainy weather. 

Additional merchandise is available for purchase during the registration or through the NFL FLAG Fan Shop (shipping fees will apply). Returns and Exchanges

Merchandise purchased during registration is not refundable, exchanges only. Lettered Jerseys and mouth guards are final sales and cannot be exchanged. Should you require an exchange you will need to submit a merchandise inquiry. Families will need to return the merchandise to our office prior to new equipment will be shipped. In the event that the season start date is less than 2 weeks away, new jerseys will need to be purchased and a refund will be processed when the old jersey is returned. Personalized Jerseys are can not be returned or exchanged. All exchanges are shipped via FedEx ground delivery.
