Meet and Greet

The meet and Greet - meeting the families and coaches for the first time - NO Games

• Schedules will be posted on the MOJO app and website the week prior to the meet and greet
• Coaches will meet with the families for 30 minutes at the time listed on the schedule (off-field) to review the following (Week 1 of games show up 1 hour before time listed for practice):
  • Coach should introduce him/her self and their background
  • Coach may ask for assistance with coaching or team manager
  • Coach should wear their coaches shirt (always)
  • Size the flag belts for each player
  • Explain league philosophy
  • Discuss the player rotation
  • Team communication/snack schedule
  • Discuss the zero-tolerance policy for disrespecting officials
• Coach will run a 1 hour practice (on-field)

Coaches will shorten flag belts at the meet and greet

Parent should bring the following:

• Participant should wear jersey and bring flag belt
• Mouthguards are required at all practices and games. They are sold at the field for $5 each, credit card only
• Water for players (Gatorade is NOT allowed on the turf fields)
• Dress for the weather
