Q: Can I exchange my jersey that is personalized?
A: Jerseys that have been personalized cannot be exchanged, but a new jersey can be purchased.
Q: I purchased a new jersey but it did not have lettering on it, why not if my original jersey was lettered?
A: Any new jersey purchased would not have jersey lettering, as we are no longer able to letter new jerseys after the registration deadline
Q: Can I return/exchange my mouth guard? It does not fit my kid.
A: Mouth guards are final sale, and cannot be returned. All mouth guards are one size fits all, so we do not offer different sizes.
Q: Can I return my additional merchandise purchased during registration?
A: We do not offer returns on any additional items purchased during registration, exchanges only.
Q: My player lost/damaged his original jersey, how do I get a new one?
A: Fill out a Merchandise Inquiry Form, and you will be sent an invoice via email to purchase a jersey.
Q: I forgot to add on lettering to my child's jersey, can I still add it?
A: If it is before the registration deadline, visit Jersey Lettering Guy to add lettering onto the order.
Q: I forgot to order shorts/sleeves/socks, etc. during registration, can I still order?
A: Please visit our NFL Flag Fan Shop to purchase any additional items.
Q: Can I purchase an additional jersey for myself or a player not participating?
A: We are only able to provide 1 jersey per player, so we do not sell additional jerseys.
Q: My player wore his/her jersey but it is too small, can I still exchange?
A: We will not return/exchange worn items, but a new jersey can be purchased.
Q: I purchased a new jersey and mailed back the original, when will I get a refund?
A: Refunds are issued within a week of receiving the return. Funds can take 7-10 business days to show in the account.
Q: I want to exchange my child's jersey, why do I have to pay?
A: If the season starts within 2 weeks, there is no time to return the original jersey, and be shipped a new one. We provide invoices in order to ship quicker, and the original can be returned unused for a refund. You are able to mail it back instead, however the new jersey may not arrive in time for game day.
Q: How will I know when my order has shipped?
A: Once items are shipped, you will receive a tracking information to the email used to register your player.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: You equipment was shipped to the address your provided in your registration. Households with multiple players and coaches will receive their packages separately and may not arrive on the same day.
Orders typically arrive in 4-7 business days after you receive your shipping email. This email has includes your tracking number.
As shipping networks continue to experience delays, your equipment may take a few extra days to arrive. You can track your shipments through FedEx Tracking.
Q: My Order just shipped, how do I edit my address?
A: Once an order is placed, everything else moves quickly. Send us a note at info@nationalflagfootball.com — we’ll do our best to catch your package before it hits the road!
Q: Why do I pay multiple shipping charges?
A: Each participant's equipment is packed individually in their own package. Our fulfillment center packs the equipment bags by team and equipment availability. At this time we are not equipped to package by individual family or shipping address.
Why is the equipment now shipped to each child vs shipping to the coaches?
During the pandemic we switched to individual player packages. This allows our fulfillment center to ship directly to homes and allows families the time to inspect the equipment received. There are cases where mistakes are made and this allows time to make adjustments where needed.
Q: FedEx said my package was delivered. I didn't receive the package. What do I do now?
A: First, please check around your home and with your neighbors, and in any mailrooms, as delivery drivers can leave packages in awkward locations. If you are in an apartment, condo, mobile home park, etc. please check with your main office to ensure the package was not left there. If you have checked those locations, please submit a merchandise inquiry form and include in the details you have checked those locations.
Q: How do I know what size jersey to order my player?
A: Please use our Jersey Sizing Chart and use the "New Core" sizing for measurements.
Q: I am exchanging my merchandise, can I just exchange in person or at the field?
A: We do not take exchanges in person or at field locations, all exchanges can be shipped with any courier service to our warehouse location.
Q: My package arrived, and I received a damaged/defective item, what do I do?
A: Submit a merchandise inquiry form with a photo included, and we will gladly reship a new item.
Q: I paid for lettering and did not receive it, what now?
A: Please reach out to us at info@nationalflagfootball.com and we will refund your cost paid for lettering
Q: I meant to purchase lettering and now it is after the registration deadline, how can I add lettering?
A: You can take the jersey to a print shop in your area and have a jersey lettered. For our lettering, we use 2 inch block style lettering with black lettering on the lighter side of the jersey and white lettering on the darker side of the jersey.
Q: My package was delayed/not delivered and our game is this weekend, what will my player wear?
A: Your player can still attend and wear a shirt color similar to the color of the jersey, and players on the team can also alternate a flag belt for use.
